Group Management

Johan has been leading EasyPark as the company’s CEO since 2008. During his tenure the business has grown its revenue by more than 16 times and transformed into a global leader in terms of size, coverage and technology. His guiding principles have centered around building a strong and unique culture with mutual collaboration across markets and disciplines, to align the organization to work towards the common group vision and strategy. He has also been part of driving EasyPark’s acquisition strategy, entering a large number of new markets and expanding its coverage and footprint significantly across Europe and the world. He has also guided the company through several ownership changes – maintaining the consistency and strategy that has brought the company to the position it is today. Before joining EasyPark, Johan held executive management positions that featured driving new digital consumer behaviors, including as CEO of Viasat, COO of NetOnNet, and internationally as Regional Director for the Viacom subsidiary ShowTime/OSN. Niklas is Head of EasyPark’s product development and tech research and development, heading projects ranging from information security to innovation. Basically, he “keeps the lights on” and makes sure that EasyPark continues to deliver the best product on the market. During his time at the company, EasyPark has developed its unique and cutting-edge technology even further, to provide solutions for the entire parking ecosystem, including cities, parking operators, garages and of course drivers, all supporting each other to create the best features. Before joining EasyPark Niklas headed systems development at UC AB, in charge of leading the department’s endeavors. He has also worked as a consultant, developing tech services for the highly complex and regulated financial service industry. Stephanie is EasyPark’s Chief Marketing Officer. She is in charge of acquiring new users and retaining current ones, as well as developing the EasyPark brand. Her mission includes scaling up marketing and communications capabilities to keep pace with the business’ rapid global expansion. Stephanie has extensive experience in marketing, sales and product development from companies such as Electrolux, SAS, Scandic Hotels and Microsoft. She received the Red Dot award during her time at SAS, and has been named one of Sweden’s most powerful women in business by the publication Veckans Affärer. She also holds several board positions, including at Speed Services AB, Borgerskapets Enkehus och Gubbhus and Carlssons primary school. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Stockholm University, has completed programs in digital strategy at the IMD Business School in Switzerland and has been a guest lecturer at Berghs School of Communications in CRM. Danni Møller is the Chief Financial Officer at EasyPark, ensuring that the company is financially sound, follows regulations and that financial operations and governance support the overall strategy. Before EasyPark, Danni worked at Netcompany during a rapid expansion of the business, overseeing global finance, mergers and acquisitions and preparing the company for its IPO in 2018. Through this, he gained extensive experience in M&A's and running operations in a fast-growing, private equity-owned tech company. He holds an M.Sc. in Auditing and Business Economics and also has experience from PwC and McKinsey. Ludvig takes care of the complex process going on behind the scenes when payments are made. As EasyPark’s Chief Payment Officer, he ensures that the experience is as secure, easy and seamless as possible for the user. During his time at the business, he has built the Method of Payment department from scratch and has headed key projects, including the launch of new payment functions and automated features. Ludvig is also responsible for partner relations with partners such as Apple, Visa and Mastercard, to name a few. He started out at EasyPark as a management trainee, and prior to his current role he worked in positions within B2B and distribution from the Copenhagen office. He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Linköping and thinks the best part of working at EasyPark is: “The trust – you are able to really make ideas come to life. Michael is the Head of Customer Care, dedicated to ensuring that all EasyPark customers are as happy as possible with their experience. During his time at the company EasyPark has expanded into several new countries, making it necessary for customer care to keep pace. This has created a uniquely international environment at the group office where parts of the function are situated. Michael has also been in charge of developing the data-driven approach that Customer Care uses today, increasing both efficiency and tying customer contacts closely to ongoing product development. He has previous experience from Tele2, where he headed Technical Customer Support and later moved on to heading the Business Integration Operation area of the company’s B2B offer. He’s also been a part of building the infrastructure for the world’s first 4G network in Norway when working for Tellabs. He holds a degree from Jönköping University. Morten’s responsibility is to make it possible to use EasyPark’s services on every street, in every garage and on all off street parking lots in Europe. As distribution officer, Morten heads EasyPark’s country management team. During his time at the company, EasyPark’s services have grown to include more than 2,200 cities spanning more than 20 countries, from Iceland to Italy and from Portugal to Serbia. Morten previously served as Head of New Markets and M&A's within EasyPark, working with expansion through acquisitions. Past experience covers senior management positions in the FMCG (Procter & Gamble/Unilever) and telecommunications industry (TDC). He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Aarhus University, Denmark and an MBA from LUISS in Rome, Italy. In addition he also has completed a number of executive education programs at Harvard University, the Wharton School and INSEAD. Rebecka drives the people, culture and leadership agenda at EasyPark. During her time at the company, EasyPark has increased its number of employees by more than fourfold. Starting back in 2015, Rebecka built the People Function to what it is today, lining up the strategy and setting structures. Her job includes ensuring that the unique EasyPark culture is maintained, but also evolves during the company’s rapid expansion while also attracting new talent. Rebecka has a commercial background and has been part of a startup, Business Productivity in Dubai and has held roles within both sales and marketing at the Nordic skincare and pharmaceutical company ACO. After being introduced to the world of neuroscience and emotional intelligence Rebecka was drawn to the people area and when meeting with EasyPark she was immediately attracted by the international team atmosphere and the company’s culture and vision. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Christopher is leading the B2B Function at EasyPark. His mission is to make parking and administration as easy as possible for companies of all sizes. The segment has grown substantially during his time at the company. Christopher’s role involves leading the company’s work with client relations, ranging from small businesses and entrepreneurs to international enterprises, and creating scalable processes across all of EasyPark’s markets. He has previously demonstrated experience from the telecommunications industry, where he served as Tele2’s Head of SME Sales. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Design from Chalmers University of Technology. Christopher thinks the best thing about working at EasyPark is: “The people, that’s why I signed up. Mauritz is focused on EasyPark’s M&A strategy and manages the integration of acquired businesses, with particular focus on Park Now. He has held a number of positions at EasyPark and knows the company inside and out. He served most recently as Head of Product, and prior to that he led the company’s expansion efforts as Head of New Markets. Mauritz joined EasyPark as intern to the CEO working to unify markets on a common platform, which enabled the cooperation and shared strategy that has made EasyPark what it is today. He also served as CMO, CTO and Country Director of Norway prior to his more recent positions. Mauritz has completed the Stanford Executive Education for Fast Growing Companies and holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Umeå University. Marius acts both as a senior advisor to Easypark as well as Country Director of Benelux. In these roles, he brings to the business extensive experience as well as industry and market knowledge. Joining Parkmobile in 2003, and in his role as CEO from 2008, he was essential in growing the then Dutch startup into a European market leader through international expansion and ultimately to its acquisition by BMW and Daimler. The company had double-digit growth during his years there. Marius has a broad international background, having lived and worked in the U.K, Belgium, Germany, France and the Netherlands, and has served in various commercial functions at Philips Electronics and Compaq Computer EMEA. Country Directors

Anders Bäck has been a part of EasyPark since its founding in 2001. During this time he has helped shape the company and has held multiple positions, including country director for Finland and Sweden and head of distribution. He has seen the business evolve from a local actor in Sweden to a leading international mobility company. Today, he heads the Swedish market and operations. Prior to EasyPark he worked in the growing e-commerce sector, gaining extensive experience both as a manager and a business consultant. Bernd Reul has been Country Director at Easypark since 2017 now covering Denmark, and Iceland. Bernd is working with some of EasyPark’s high growth markets, overseeing the local teams, distribution and marketing as well as deploying EasyPark’s new services such as camera parking. He has a background from TDC and Scientific-Atlanta (a Cisco company), where he held various international VP- and Director-level positions within sales, marketing, business development, product management and IT development. Bernd also worked several years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. Aleksi Kolehmainen has been the Country Director of EasyPark in Finland since 2019. Besides leading the Finnish team, he is focused on distribution and partner relations with parking operators. Before joining EasyPark Aleksi worked at Tieto, leading the sales process of multinational, multimillion dollar deals for large IT solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Kuopio. Stian Andre Holst has been heading EasyPark in Norway since 2014, and started working at the company in 2012. Being part of the EasyPark team from early on, he has played an important role in shaping the company’s operations and has grown EasyPark’s presence in Norway considerably. Norway is the frontrunner in electrification of the car fleet, and Stian has championed the rollout of EasyPark’s electric vehicle charging offer. He has a background from Q-Park as well as Dinabo AS and holds an IT degree from the Norwegian School of Information Technology. Giuliano Caldo has been EasyPark’s Country Director in Italy since 2019. During Giuliano’s time at EasyPark, Italy has grown considerably as a market, expanding by more than 200 additional cities. He has a long background from McKinsey & Co, where he served as Vice President for several years and headed the digital Horizon360 unit, which he built from scratch to an annual revenue of 10 million dollars. Giuliano is Italian-American and holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor's in Physics, both from Princeton University. He was attracted to EasyPark by its digital growth journey and the potential to expand the business. Olivier has been the Country Director for EasyPark in France since 2021. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Henri Poincaré University in Nancy, France. He started his career in Berlin as a project manager for Toll-Collect GmbH, a subsidiary of VINCI Highways, where he won the 2009 VIE Grand Prize for sustainable development. Upon his return to France, he continued to help the Operational Systems Department as a project manager at the Paris’ headquarters of VINCI Highways. He then joined the start-up Tinynode in 2012 before starting the subsidiary PARK NOW France in 2015, part of the earlier PARK NOW Group that was acquired by EasyPark Group in July 2021. Nico Schlegel has been the Country Director of Germany since 2015, heading the expansion on the German market as well as two major acquisitions. During his time, EasyPark’s presence in Germany has grown from 30 cities to ca 300. Nico has also played a key role in building the German team. Before joining EasyPark Nico was the CMO at Bahlsen, globally responsible for marketing and product development. Prior to that he held a similar position at Unilever as brand director of Knorr, where he won an award for highest growth within the group. Julie Ludman has been Country Director of Switzerland since 2018 and previously held various positions at EasyPark including as Country Director of France and as New Market Business Development Director. She joined EasyPark during the acquisition of Mobile City in Germany, where she worked on the development of the French and German market. After launching EasyPark in France and ensuring a smooth service migration, Julie moved to Copenhagen to work with the distribution team on strengthening the company's presence in Europe and has been part of M&A processes. Jaime Requeijo Gutierrez is the Country Director of EasyPark’s Spanish operations. Before EasyPark he held several management positions within marketing and sales, most recently at LeasePlan. He also has a background from the financial services industry, where he ran a startup within insurance investments and worked for companies including Deutsche Bank and Citi. Jaime has also worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management. Markus Heingärtner is the Country Director of EasyPark’s Austrian operations, starting in 2020. He is in charge of expanding EasyPark’s presence in Austria and has a background as an entrepreneur, in media and politics. He founded and led a digital consultancy firm, a sharing economy digital marketplace, and the Austrian digital news outlet Neue Zürcher Zeitung, where he premiered a digital subscription-based business model. He also served as managing director of a leading political think tank. Markus holds an MBA in Business Administration from Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. Uros Maklic has been the Country Director of Slovenia since 2018. He joined EasyPark as the company acquired ZELENO MESTO, which he founded. Uros is an entrepreneur, having started several successful IT and payment solution businesses in Slovenia. Peter has been successfully leading the expansion in the English market since 2009 as Managing Director of RingGo Cashless, focused on automating the offering and increasing revenue and sales growth. During this process, RingGo has become the recognised market leader processing more than a third of the UK’s municipal parking income and was also honored with an award from the European Parking Association for its emission based parking product which helps support the drive to healthier cleaner and more liveable cities. Jeff Perkins is the CEO of ParkMobile US. He has been with the company since 2017. Before taking over as CEO in 2021, he served as the CMO and Head of Product. Prior to joining ParkMobile, Perkins held senior leadership positions at Tricentis, PGi, and AutoTrader. Perkins began his career in the New York City advertising industry working at Saatchi & Saatchi. He received his BA from American University and MBA from Emory University. Perkins is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events and his book, How Not to Suck at Marketing, was released in September 2021. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, two daughters, and two rescue dogs. Niklas is a full-time board professional, an investor and adviser. He currently holds several chairmanships, including Cint, Fåntell, Evondos, Silverfin and Zervant, as well as advising the Private Equity industry. Nils joined Kindred Group in July 2020 as Chief Commercial Officer for Region 2. He has worked at Kindred in the past, holding a number of positions between 2006-16. He joined what was then Unibet Group in 2006 as a management trainee, worked as Head of Poker and Head of Established Markets before spending the final four years as Chief Marketing Officer for the Unibet brand. Nils has also held positions as Chief Marketing Officer at CurrencyFair and as Director of Digital Marketing at GVC Group. Nils studied marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics and Sociology at Stockholm University. Bjarne serves as Verdane’s Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer. In 2003 he launched what later became Verdane, leading a spin-out from Verdane’s predecessor firm Four Seasons Venture. At Verdane, Bjarne has been instrumental in building companies such as Banqsoft, Chipcon, Kappa Bioscience, Resman and Wireless Maingate. He currently serves on the board of Polytech, in addition to EasyPark. Henrik joined Verdane’s Stockholm office following the 2005 portfolio acquisition from Skandia Liv. Henrik served as an investment manager at Prosper Capital/Skandia Liv and has experience in finance and management consulting. At Verdane Henrik has been active in the acquisition of several new portfolios of direct investments and he works closely with digital consumer and software companies. Jussi Wuoristo is a Partner and member of the founding team of Vitruvian Partners, a global investment firm with c.€10bn of AuM. At Vitruvian, Jussi focuses on digital growth businesses across geographies, leads the activities of the firm in Software and the Nordic region and serves on the boards of several private companies as non-executive director and chair. His experience includes investments in Just Eat, Unifaun, Linimed and CRF Health, among others. He was the CEO of ParkMobile US from 2015 to 2021 and he now serves on the company’s Board of Directors and as a Senior Advisor to EasyPark Group’s CEO and Board. Ziglar has deep experience in the financial payments industry having worked in executive roles at Ceridian and Elavon. He started his career in investment banking. Ziglar graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Politics & Economics and has a law degree from Emory University. Ziglar describes himself as an “experienced executive with a consistent track record of driving growth and turning around technology and technology-enabled service businesses”.
