How We Work
We know that we need to act now and often, before we have enough information, in order for us to take “rational” decisions. Our way of working goes against the expectations of the traditional business world. We are not fully informed, because sometimes, we simply do not know more.
Managers generally won’t challenge comfortable ways of doing things. Our working methods are always evolving. Changing direction does not necessarily mean bad planning – instead it highlights our acceptance and our commitment to seeking the “right” path.
As effective leaders, we create a climate where people’s worth is determined by their willingness to bring forward ideas and make them happen. We try to create an environment where people are challenged to acquire new skills and take on new responsibilities.
